A smartphone is required to use this service. If you are not familiar with using a smartphone,
we recommend that you purchase a 1-day IC card at the sales counter.
Please return the bicycle to a port by 11:59p.m. on the day of use.
If you miss the return deadline or your bicycle has been removed,
we may charge you an additional fee.
- ・Bicycles must be returned by 11:59 p.m.
- ・Do not park in a “NO PARKING ZONE” of Sapporo City! Parking bicycles may result in their removal.
- ・Bicycles must always be returned to a porocle port at the end of the ride!

Tap “Get on the bike right away” on the purchase complete screen
If you do not ride the bicycle immediately, you can close this screen.
You can access it again from an email you will receive separately. -
Enter the number of the bicycle you want to use and tap “Issue the Access code”
Subsequent operations depend on the type of bicycle-mounted panel.

Temporary parking
When parking the bicycle in the parking lot of the facility you are visiting, etc., please lower the lever on the rear wheel and lock it. If you park your bicycle in NO PARKING ZONE, it will be removed.
